Fenland is a rural district of 54,547 hectares, lying to the east of Peterborough and north of Cambridge, with good transport links to Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk as well as an inland port in Wisbech.

A dynamic district with a tradition of embracing change and growth, Fenland offers businesses well priced commercial space within close proximity of the major towns of Cambridge and Peterborough.

Fenland is home to a wide range of business, including some mature and well-established sector clusters of businesses relating to areas of Food & Drink, manufacturing, storage and distribution, as well as its traditional agricultural industry base.
