European Social Fund: skills and vocational training support

Our first call for delivery of skills and vocational training support activity from the European Social Fund (ESF) is now live.

The European Social Fund (ESF) focuses on improving employment opportunities, promoting social inclusion and investing in skills to help local people get back into work. Focusing on the priority business sectors within the GCGP area, this is a £5.7 million call for providers to deliver services that will provide individuals with opportunities to develop the skills that will enable them to progress in employment.

The Services will provide support to employers to take on and develop individuals to fill intermediate, technical and higher level skills gaps and shortages.

Potential applicants can find out more about the funding call and access an Invitation to Tender here.
